POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to Regional Sales Director, the Internal Sales Representative is responsible for initiating customer contact through cold calling; generating interest of the company’s services from potential clients; qualifying and following up with sales leads and meeting his/her objectives for his/her assigned territory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make cold calls and establish appointments with prospective new customers for the Account Executive(s)
  • Conduct telephone presentations on the benefits of using the company’s products and services.
  • Follow market trends and product development from competitors.
  • Identify and develop potential business.
  • Solicit business from the Plaintiff or Bankruptcy listings.
  • Plan telephone selling activity for an assigned territory.
  • Call potential new customers (ie prospects) using various prospecting tools.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our prospects to ensure growth.

Requested skills

- Minimum B2B sales experience of at least three (3) years, with objectives met or exceeded.
- Credit knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation and persuasion skills with prospects and ability to influence.
- Ability to achieve objectives.
- Ability to identify customer needs and objectives.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the Internet.
- Ability to discover customer needs and objectives.

Commissions

Competitve commission structure paid on a monthly basis every last thursday of the month
