Job Description
  • Support the development and implementation of working documents
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of program projects/initiatives
  • Support service implementation, roll-out and evaluation
  • Support clinical, admin and quality steering committee work plans
  • Support service enhancement and development
  • Schedule project committee meetings
  • Prepare agendas and complete minutes
  • Review status updates and determine actions to be accomplished with committee
  • Escalate risks and issues when needed
  • Attend all relevant meetings
  • Develop communication and marketing strategic plans
  • Support in developing and implementing practice improvement strategies
  • Support in developing and delivering relevant education/learning required
  • Coordinates the collection of data required for project/initiative
  • Enters data into the required database
  • Review collated data to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Degree in health related field
  • At minimum 5 years practical and related experience in health care required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mental health setting
  • Direct experience coordinating and managing project activities, monitoring and reporting on progress, and anticipating and resolving issues, risks and conflicts
  • Demonstrated change management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple groups and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills
  • Facilitation skills and ability to drive consensus across different sectors (clinical, professional, educator, and various community groups), both in-person and virtually
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team, making the best use of own skills and expertise and those of colleagues is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other program staff and community practitioners in order to provide activities, programs and services required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate in a thorough, clear and timely manner required.
  • Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others and to form productive partnerships
  • Excellent conflict resolution and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and ability
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor others
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A valid driver’s license and own transportation is required

Additional Information

Hours: Monday to Friday, days, 7.5 hour shifts (hours subject to change based on operational needs)

Salary: $38.037 to $47.546 per hour
