Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Executive Assistant of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Administrative Assistant also serves as administrative support for the Vice President’s portfolio and Office of the CEO portfolio. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to support the efficient operation of the Executive Office, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the Office of the CEO, including the CEO, COO and Senior Leadership Team, to assist in accomplishing the provincial health authority’s objectives. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administration support staff in the Executive Office and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.
