Job Description: The Organizational Development Associate is responsible for performing key functions within the Human Resources portfolio, including - Accountability & Performance Plan (APP) program- Duties include, but are not limited to, collecting and analyzing confidential year-end performance ratings and annual survey data, developing summary reports for Executive Leadership Team, maintaining and updating website, communicating and problem solving with employees, and providing ongoing communication with APP cross-functional working group. - Saskatchewan Leadership Program (SLP)- Duties include budget tracking and reporting, venue booking, surveying of program participants, developing summary reports, communicating with internal and external presenters, and handling of logistical needs for various program elements. - Professional Development Program- Duties include budget oversight and fund distribution, communication, and summary reports for Executive Leadership & Health Foundations; ensures PD Program aligns with the Employee Experience policy and ensures fair and equitable access to resources for employees at all levels of the organization. - Learning Management System (LMS)- contributes to the ongoing design and development of the LMS which includes, but is not limited to, registering participants, ensuring that content aligns with the learning framework and process, managing the input of content, developing summary reports for attendance, training costs and learning outcomes to leaders (ELT, SLT, Directors & Managers). - Reward & Recognition (R & R) - Responsibilities include budget oversight, communication, summary reports for Executive Leadership, and overseeing the administration and continuous improvement.

Experience

  • 1+ years experience in Human Resources

Education

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
  • Business Administration diploma (DBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
