Job Summary

The Coordinator, under the direction of the Manager, facilitates the overall functioning of the Wound Management Program.  The Coordinator, working within a collaborative 
framework, assists management in ensuring operational and administrative matters are handled efficiently and appropriately.

Education
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.  Baccalaureate level or an acceptable certificate in Nursing Management or equivalent is desired.  Consideration will be given to those currently working towards a degree.
  • Certificate in Wound Care Management from a recognized education program
  • Current College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) registration
  • Current BCLS certification

Experience

  • Recent experience in Community Care and a minimum of three years related clinical experience is required.  Recent wound management experience and current knowledge is required.

  • Travel required to various locations/sites within the Urban Primary Health Care Networks (Regina).
  • Must have access to a vehicle and possess a current driver's license.
