Job Description: An expert clinical nurse who integrates experience, advanced level skills and nursing theory knowledge and principles of adult learning in providing direct care, assessing needs, clinical coordination and problem solving, client, patient, resident and staff education, participating in research for a defined group of clients, patients or families. In collaborative consultation with Nursing Manager, multidisciplinary healthcare team members and cardiologists to provide seamless coordination of clinical planning, therapeutic activities and interventions for patients in Heart Health Value Stream. This may include participating in policy and procedure development, performing quality improvement and participating in education of nursing staff across area.

Experience
- 5 years direct nursing experience with HIV
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
- Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
