Job Description: Reporting to a manager in the Continuing Care and Seniors' Health department, the Supportive Care Projects Coordinator is responsible for mentoring and leading quality improvement and risk management in assigned long term care homes within SHA (Saskatoon). This encompasses planning, design, coordination, implementation and evaluation of projects and initiatives as identified by Continuing Care and Seniors' Health.

Experience

• Two (2) years of experience in LTC

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
