Job Summary

The Staff Therapist is responsible for the delivery of therapy programs in accordance with philosophy and service guidelines of the Home Care Therapy program as well as vision, mission and values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Education

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
• Must be licensed by the Saskatchewan College of Occupational Therapists and be eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
• Requires CPR certification.

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

Other Information

• Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.
• This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings.  Travel required to various community sites, including rural, within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina).  Home base for this position is:  204 Wascana Street.
