Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.
- Certificate of completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or equivalent experience.
- Membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacy (CSHP) is an asset.
- Collaborative Prescribing Certification required.
Experience
- Specialized directly related experience is an asset.
- Requires strong computer skills in order to work within all computer systems accessed for client care by the PHC Team.
Licenses
- Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Entry level PharmD is acceptable
