What to Expect:
The Specialist, Project Management role is to organize and monitor projects within the Marketing department. Projects may vary from single-event activities to standardized weekly processes. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the rest of the Project Management team, as well as independently managing assigned tasks, including resourcing, maintaining timelines, and project documentation. To succeed in this role you’ll collaborate with a number of internal teams to ensure processes and deadlines are adhered to.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Analyze risks and opportunities within projects and current processes
What you will bring to the team:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred
You are highly organized, detail-oriented and can prioritize and multitask
You are resourceful and hold strong problem-solving capabilities
You possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
Strong Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly is mandatory
