Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Account Manager based in Regina, SK to become a part of a nationwide insurance brokerage, work on diverse accounts with industry leaders.

About Our Client
Our client is one of the fastest growing brokerage in Canada. They are known for their dedicated team focused on delivering the best solution for customers. They are currently in search of a Commercial Account Manager to service a book of business with medium to large accounts in various industries.

About the Opportunity
The Commercial Account Manager will work alongside a Producer, service existing clients and collaborate with administration, underwriters, management and other advisors in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary customer service contact, handling inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
  • Respond to customer requests, either directly or through the Producer, and submit information to appropriate insurance companies
  • Participate in account reviews, promote additional products and services, and provide value-added services to clients
  • Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance partners
  • Market accounts including new, renewal, and midterm changes

Requirements:

  • Valid broker license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Account Manager at a brokerage
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
  • CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is an asset

Compensation:

  • Base salary between $60,000 - $80,000 depending on relevant experience plus annual bonus
