ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will be working in the Downtown Vancouver office, reporting to the Operations Manager and will be assisting the Property Manager/ Operations Manager with property operations documents, tenant requests, tenant services and vendor invoices. The portfolio which you will be assisting with will be purely commercial encompassing office and industrial across Vancouver and Victoria. Our client is therefore looking for someone with a commercial background who has assisted with a similar portfolio in the past.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Your main duties will include:

  • Tracking and drafting a variety of tenant related documentation such as property service and construction contracts
  • Coordinating and supporting all property management/operations and project management documentation requirements with assistance from accounting and operations staff
  • Reviewing vendor invoices for discrepancies as noted and brought forward by accounting and verifying their legitimacy
  • Responding to tenant inquiries and concerns in an efficient manner
  • Coordinating with trades and maintenance for repairs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Commercial Property Admin/ Assistant
  • Knowledge of Yardi and MS Office is an asset

COMPENSATION:

  • $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
  • Bonus
