Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Join a top employer and advance your career! Impact Recruitment has partnered with a Vancouver-based client to recruit a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

We have partnered with an established manufacturing company that is looking to add an experienced FP&A manager to its team. The ideal candidate has five or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP, of Finance, the FP&A manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Manage and mentor a team of three or more analysts.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and develop detailed financial models.
  • Prepare monthly and annual forecasts, analyzing financial results, KPIs, and variances against budgets.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare timely management and financial reports.
  • Improve and enhance financial planning processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain financial systems.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses, including investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Designated CPA
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Manufacturing and inventory accounting experience is required.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Salary: $110,000 to $130,000
  • Discretionary bonus
