The Group Benefits Advisor will manage start to end process of service, follow up on various client inquiries. You will be collaborating with internal teams on building customized solutions for clients, delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management and administration of group benefits plans, ensuring smooth implementation and compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Identify and comprehend client needs, proposing customized solutions that highlight the value of insurance products and services.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and continuously enhance knowledge of offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Partner with internal teams to support client needs related to financial planning and retirement/investment plans.

Qualifications:

• Must have valid LLQP license
• You have minimum 3 years of experience in Group Benefits
• You have a strong knowledge of Group Benefits products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• CEBS, GBA, RPA designation is an asset
