Personal Lines CSR

Are you an ambitious Personal Lines CSR looking for your next career opportunity? We are currently partnering with with a highly established, family-owned and operated Insurance Brokerage based in Burlington ON. They are proud to offer a full service of programs from life and group insurance, personal insurance to large commercial operations.

This is an on-site position based in Burlington, ON.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a new joiner, you will play a key part in the Personal Lines team, managing a diverse book of business from start to finish.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Providing full service to an assigned Personal Lines portfolio
• Answering customer queries, assisting them in finding the best coverage for their insurance needs
• Managing policy changes and renewal process
• Remarketing policies, negotiating with insurance companies

THE REQUIREMENTS

• RIBO license
• 2-5+ years of experience at a brokerage servicing Personal Lines customers
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in the Burlington office

COMPENSATION

• $55,000-$65,000 annual salary
• Competitive PTO program of 20 days per calendar year
