Description
My client requires a Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects with a focus on wastewater treatment plants, lift and pump stations. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering technically complex, high-impact projects that serve our communities.
As Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction - from pre-construction planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure that project goals are met on time and budget.

Responsibilities
- Set up and manage/maintain project activities throughout the life cycle of the project
- Maintain accountability for the project budget, costs, timelines and complete accurate monthly forecasts
- Act as primary liaison with clients, designers, site superintendents, subtrades and other project stakeholders
- Organize project teams into suitable work groups and guide the teams through their efforts to produce deliverables according to specification
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct work experience in a project role for a mid-size to large general contractor
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in engineering or construction management or related discipline (equivalent of education and experience may be considered)
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate project teams with your hands-on approach from beginning to end
- Flexible to travel to sites on occasion
