Description
Our client is hiring two energetic Operations Managers to leads expanding teams in well established North Vancouver and Burnaby locations. You will lead a team, drive revenue, and collaborate with partners and the Head Office. With strong leadership and insurance experience, you’ll also manage a small book of business and have the credentials to become the brokerage’s Nominee.
Benefits & Perks
- Hybrid role - 4 days a week in the office/ 1 day remote
- $90,000 to $110,000 base salary

Responsibilities
- Management of the branch (either the North Vancouver or Burnaby office) with a team of 20 to 30 employees
- Conducting audits
- Establish workflows of best practices and procedures
- Performance reviews of employees, and ensure the creation of a high-performing team
- Representing the brokerage at industry events
Qualifications
- Level 2 insurance license (with a view of getting Level 3)
- Over 5 years of management or leadership experience
- Sound knowledge and experience with commercial line insurance
