About the Position:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects valued at over $30 million. Collaborating closely with the Construction Superintendent, you will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality buildings and services for our client. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely project completion, maximizing efficiency, controlling costs, and fostering relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of construction management experience, preferably with a general contractor.
- Experience managing projects valued at over $30 million.
- Experience with commercial, multi-family residential, and industrial construction.
- Post-secondary education in Construction or Project Management.
