Receptionist

We are hiring for a receptionist for a Temporary Contract for 4 weeks potentially extending up to 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of Receptionist experience.
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
