Senior Litigation Associate

About the Position

• Handle a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, construction litigation, professional negligence and insurance defense.
• Manage existing caseload and legacy client relationships
• Mentor associates in the team

The Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in British Columbia.
• 12+ years of experience practicing law, ideally focusing on civil litigation
• Eagerness to mentor and provide guidance to team members
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrating a passion for excellent client service.

Compensation

• $150,000 - $250,000
