Site Superintendent

Our client is a family-owned business that has been operational for over 50 years. The company is multi-faceted with a Building, Civil and Mining division. This position is for their Building division which includes large scale institutional projects and high-rise residential buildings.

• $120,000 - $150,000 DOE

Responsibilities

• Track and log all progress on site.
• Run site meetings.
• Manage all construction on site.
• Read and interpret plans and blueprints.
• Liaise with the Project Manager and other subcontractors on site.
• Implement and enforce a safe work site.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a superintendent
• Experience working on large scale institutional or high-rise residential projects.
• Concrete experience an asset
• Procore and MS Project experience
• Trade experience an asset
