They are seeking a lawyer with approximately 5 years of experience to join their team in a role that spans corporate commercial, wills & estates, and real estate law.

They are seeking a lawyer with approximately 5 years of experience to join their team in a role that spans corporate commercial, wills & estates, and real estate law.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

They have an excellent and sizeable legal support team and can provide the resources for the continued development of one’s own practice. ABOUT THE POSITION

This position would be ideal for an individual with a partial book of business. In this role you will support senior counsel across a varied solicitors practice that includes all aspects of corporate commercial, wills & estates, and real estate law. You will analyze, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements as well as provide support for complex wills & estates and real estate matters. Along with access to that interesting file load, you will find a collaborative environment with engaged lawyers happy to provide mentorship and assistance.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Be a member of good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
• 5 years or more of solicitor experience
• Team-focused attitude with a passion for helping clients grow their business
• Must possess at least a partial book of portable business
