Strata Manager

• $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and assist with facilitating, if required, strata council meetings and general meetings
• Prepare council meeting agendas
• Handle and process all operational correspondence and owner communications
• Carry out directives and follow lawful instruction of Council in a timely manner
• Prepare minutes of all meetings attended including night meetings
• Assist Strata Councils in preparing annual budgets and planning for capital
• Inform Strata Councils regarding legislative requirements and assist with interpretation of financial information through monthly financial statement review.
• Ensure invoices are received, reviewed and approved

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience as a Strata Manager
• Has a valid Strata License
• Has a driving license and owns a vehicle
