Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the full management of projects, from planning to execution, including budget monitoring and adherence to timelines. They will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the success of the projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate projects according to established goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee cost management, resources, and deadlines.
  • Analyze risks and propose solutions to ensure the success of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize processes and solutions.

Requested skills

  • University degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in the steel processing sector (an asset).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and relevant computer tools.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
