The position of Executive Assistant to the President at Infotronix involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth running of activities at the executive level. As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibility:

  • Manage and monitor the agenda, calls, emails and mail, according to established priorities;
  • Assist the CEO in his daily activities and/or new initiatives implemented within the company;
  • Ensure follow-up with employees in order to receive documents in compliance with deadlines;
  • Produce, translate and distribute various communications, presentations, letters, memos, reports, etc.;
  • Gather, compile, digitize and classify various documents;
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to internal management;
  • Perform all other related tasks requested by the PGD.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's or college degree in business administration, communications or a related field;
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives or senior management;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple calendars and meet deadlines;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with people at all levels, both internally and externally;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing and organizing documents, correspondence and meeting materials;
  • Proficiency in the use of productivity tools and software, such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools;
  • Integrity - honesty and strong ethics;
  • Attention to detail - Pay particular attention to details when carrying out tasks;
  • Reliability - Being trustworthy, reliable, responsible and respecting one's obligations;
  • Cooperation - friendly and pleasant with work colleagues, maintain a cooperative attitude;
