Position Summary
Vernon Jubilee Hospital (VJH) is seeking a casual MRI Technologist to join the Medical Imaging Department.
What Will You Work On?
Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader, and under the direction of a Radiologist, the MRI Technologist performs MRI procedures, assists the Radiologists, inputs patient specific data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) PACS and provides direction regarding procedures to student technologists and staff trainees.

Ongoing feedback and Mentoring with other staff members allows for personal and professional growth within the team.

We are looking for a qualified technologist who has excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills. The successful applicant must be able to work independently but also have great team work.

• Graduate of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program.
• Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
