Position Summary

What will you work on?

As a registered Pharmacy Technician, you will be directly responsible for an expanded scope of technical functions related to prescription preparation and processing. You will operate in accordance with competency guidelines and standards of practice as outlined by the College of Pharmacists of B.C., and according to organizational policies, procedures, standards and unit specific protocols.

Casual Employment Opportunities:
Our casual positions offer flexibility with day shift hours ranging from zero to 37.5 hours per week. As a casual employee, you'll have the chance to apply for permanent part-time or full-time positions internally, providing pathways for career advancement within Interior Health.

Qualfications
• Grade 12
• Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current practicing registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
