Position Summary
If you seek the peace and tranquility of rural living, you’ll find it within the beautiful, natural setting of Salmon Arm in the Interior of British Columbia! Our Pharmacy team has a vacancy for a casual Pharmacy Technician at Shuswap Lake General Hospital.

What will you work on?

As a registered Pharmacy Technician, you will be directly responsible for an expanded scope of technical functions related to prescription preparation and processing. You will operate in accordance with competency guidelines and standards of practice as outlined by the College of Pharmacists of B.C., and according to organizational policies, procedures, standards and unit specific protocols.

Qualfications
• Grade 12
• Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current practicing registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
