Position Summary
Join us in supporting the Salmon Arm Primary Care Clinic where our interdisciplinary team provides a range of services in a coordinated approach to healthcare offering clients to receive the right care by the right provider, when and where they need it.

Days of work are Tuesday to Friday; 08:00 to 16:00. This position will include working in the Primary Care Network hub and providing outreach. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical status, functional abilities, and goals, utilizing an evidence-based approach to develop and implement tailored treatment plans. Your expertise will focus on improving, maintaining, or supporting clients’ physical performance and independence. As part of a collaborative team, you will educate clients and caregivers on self-management and injury prevention, while working to achieve optimal health outcomes through ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment strategies.

This position is eligible for a $16,000 recruitment incentive plus relocation allowance. Earn $42.56 to $52.95 per hour.

Qualfications
- Graduation from an approved program of Physical Therapy.
- Full registration as a Physical Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) and eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Physical Therapy.
- Demonstrated post graduate education in orthopedic manual and manipulative therapy (minimum Level III (Part A or B an asset), or an equivalent education).
- Minimum of three (3) years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. With a minimum of one (1) year experience in a direct access facility diagnosing acute/subacute musculoskeletal injuries.
