Position Summary
East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKH), located in Cranbrook, B.C., is hiring Respiratory Therapists (RTs) to join their acute care team. Shift times may be Days or Nights: 07:00 to 19:15 or 19:00 to 07:15 on an as needed basis. On call and high acuity response team external transports are a requirement of this position.

Multidisciplinary colleagues depend on the RTs for their recommendations with ward patients, their assistance with discharge planning, and home oxygen assessments.

Qualfications
• Graduation from a recognized Respiratory Therapy program.
• Current certification with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and eligible for registration with the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT) and CSRT.
• Recent acute/critical care experience.
• Current valid Driver’s License.
