Position Summary
Royal Inland Hospital, in Kamloops, B.C., is seeking a Casual Time Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) to join the Medical Imaging Department.
Casual employment means work requirements can vary between Zero and 37.5 hours per week. Work will be available on a short-notice, on-call bases and/or blocks of shifts pre-scheduled to relieve leaves of absences. What Will You Work On?
Our MRTs perform X-ray exams in a multi-disciplinary setting to clients within a variety of inpatient settings, including, but not limited to: ICU, ED, OR and PAR. This position includes work with outpatients at RIH and a smaller satellite clinic in Kamloops. Additional shifts can be picked up. There are also opportunities to pick up work in some of the smaller communities in the surrounding area. This position will work rotating days and evenings with the shift times being 06:30 to 14:30, 07:00 to 15:00, 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, 08:30 to 16:30, 09:00 to 17:00, 11:00 to 19:00, 08:45 to 16:45, 15:00 to 23:00, 15:30 to 23:30.

Qualfications
• Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program.
• Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
