Job Description
The National Accounts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the National Accounts Director. Acting as the primary point of contact between our regional offices and national clients, this bilingual (French and English) position ensures seamless communication, efficient service coordination, and optimal client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination- Serve as the main point of contact for national accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating services.
- Collaborate with regional offices to ensure consistent service delivery in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Assist in preparing and submitting service quotes and proposals in collaboration with the National Accounts Director.
- Track and manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies with clients and regional teams.
- Monitor and manage purchase orders related to national accounts, ensuring proper documentation and efficient processing.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to optimize purchase order workflows.
- Work closely with operations teams to plan and oversee service delivery for national accounts.
- Ensure services are executed according to client expectations and agreed timelines.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance for the National Accounts Director and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate bilingual (French/English) communication to ensure smooth coordination between regional offices and national clients.
- Manage workflow by directing communications to the appropriate recipients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes for improved efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in national account management.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or a similar role (experience in cleaning or facility services is an asset).
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an asset.
