The position consists of carrying out the various operations necessary to ensure the smooth running of our groups. Responsible for requesting reservations and confirming the various services for the groups and the accurate and timely facilitation of packages for Groups and providing high-quality servicing, which meets the needs of both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Activation of groups in the CCRS system (final revision of programs with quotations)
  • Management of group reservations, confirmations, and cancellations (coaches, hotels, restaurants, and activities).
  • Management of passenger lists (names, modifications, etc.).
  • Sending passenger lists to different suppliers.
  • Communicate with our customers, by phone and email, to follow up on files when necessary.
  • Prepare and courier all Tour Director packages
  • Prepare client kits for Escorted Holidays
  • Set up and manage package supplies
  • Tasks as assigned

Requested skills

  • College diploma or relevant experience in the same position
  • 2 years of experience in a receptive in Canada
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French focusing on customer service for both internal and external clients
  • Mastery of the English language is a valuable advantage.
  • Dynamism, autonomy, and team spirit
  • Resourcefulness and good stress management
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Canada's tourism products and geography
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and CCRS or other receptive system (an asset)
