The incumbent will be responsible for the accurate and timely facilitation of package for Groups and providing high-quality servicing, which meets the needs of both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Tour Director packages
  • Prepare and manage shipments of files for Tour Guides by various means (Fedex,e-mail, etc.)
  • Prepare client kits for Escorted Tours
  • Prepare pre/post client packages
  • Perform operational tasks, send rooming lists, reception of faxes, confirmation of reservations
  • Set up and manage supplies in packaging room
  • Tasks as assigned

Requested skills

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and French
  • Knowledge of a 3rd language (Spanish / Italian / German / Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese) is an asset.
  • Must be able to work in the office
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and able to deliver a high level of accuracy
  • Able to meet deadlines and work on several projects at the same time;
  • Able to plan, organize, set priorities
  • Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service
