Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Video Games) to join our team. You will play a key role in the satisfaction of our customers, mainly video game developers, by ensuring that they successfully use our platform to facilitate the development of multiplayer games. At the crossroads of the technical and product worlds, the candidate will have the opportunity to take control of the creation of the platform’s features, and influence the future of the company.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical understanding of multiplayer video game development.
- Experience or working knowledge of technical integrations and game development tools; Unity and Unreal engine
- Knowledge of multiplayer game infrastructure; i.e. Matchmaker, game server, cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and developers.
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
- Availability to travel to the South Shore of Montreal.

Main Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of how our platform works in order to effectively assist customers.
- Support customers during the technical integration of the platform into their projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, establishing a relationship of trust and meeting their technical needs.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the development team to identify improvements and new features needed for the platform.
- Participate in regular meetings with customers to ensure proactive follow-up and resolve any potential issues.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients located in a bilingual environment (French and English).
- Work on-site in our offices located on the South Shore of Montreal.
