Are you a strategic leader passionate about technological innovation and digital transformation? Are you interested in the position of Director of Information Technology and Digital Transformation?

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our Information Technology and Digital Transformation department. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a leading role in modernizing our organization, leveraging technology to drive efficiency, agility, and the customer experience.

Desired profile for a Director of Information Technology and Digital Transformation:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the information technology field, including at least 5 years in a management position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, complex project management, and team leadership.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a simple language to diverse audiences and create genuine commitment around a vision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, change management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Considered assets:

  • Professional certifications in digital transformation, cybersecurity, project management, or business intelligence.
  • Experience in a public, parapublic, or institutional environment.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (French/English).

Your main responsibilities as Director of Information Technology and Digital Transformation:Vision and Strategy
  • Define and implement the IT and digital strategy in line with the organization’s major objectives.
  • Be a key player in the digital transformation: rethink processes, integrate innovations, and equip teams.

  • Ensure the robustness, security, and performance of the organization’s technological infrastructure.

  • Oversee the implementation of major projects related to digital transformation, business intelligence, and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal management to ensure the seamless integration of IT solutions into business activities.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with technology suppliers and partners, particularly in the context of innovative digital projects.
Operational Management
  • Effectively manage the IT budget, hardware resources, and information assets.
  • Implement clear performance indicators and ensure rigorous results monitoring.
