We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our Information Technology and Digital Transformation department. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a leading role in modernizing our organization, leveraging technology to drive efficiency, agility, and the customer experience.
Desired profile for a Director of Information Technology and Digital Transformation:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the information technology field, including at least 5 years in a management position.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, complex project management, and team leadership.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a simple language to diverse audiences and create genuine commitment around a vision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, change management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Considered assets:
- Professional certifications in digital transformation, cybersecurity, project management, or business intelligence.
- Experience in a public, parapublic, or institutional environment.
- Bilingualism is an asset (French/English).
