Overview

At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

 

As the Specialist – Advisory Learning, you will provide operational and strategic support to enable national internal learning opportunities, including curated eLearning pathways, content libraries, and instructor-led learning. You will join a small but growing team within the Advisory Centre that has a national, cross-Advisory stakeholder group and collaborates with cross-functional learning teams.


What you will do

  • Contribute to the planning and design of Advisory Learning’s annual curriculum.
  • Schedule instructor-led learning and special events throughout the year.
  • Work with Coordinator to provide consistent data and updates around course registrations, platform usage, KPIs, etc. to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Work with Senior Manager and external teams to provide content for and independently draft communications and resources.
  • Facilitate meetings and pre-existing learning materials as needed.
  • Work with the Senior Manager to engage stakeholders on both special projects and regular offerings.
  • Identify and operationalize updates and improvements to processes and tool use.
  • Review and keep eLearning pathways up-to-date, including new builds in consultation with SME
  • stakeholders.
  • Other project work as required; this may include project management for a pilot, program assessment, contributing to course and program design, etc.
  • Other operational work as required

What you bring to the role

  • You have a Bachelors degree; Masters preferred.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility doing work that includes

    program management, event planning, stakeholder consultation and management, and data and

    reporting.

  • You have experience facilitating meetings and workshops, virtually and in-person.

  • You have a good understanding of learning and development in a private sector organizational setting; preferably, in a professional services context.

  • You can manage, manipulate, and analyze data in Excel and are fluent with PowerPoint. Ideally, you

    have experience with Power BI and Degreed learning software.

  • You have a strong attention to detail.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information   

The expected base salary range for this position is $54,00 to $81,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
