The Global Digital HR team develops and maintains the global HR system landscape to support our global People priorities. The majority of systems we support are offered to KPMG member firms on an opt-in basis with many of them adopted by up to 135 member firms.
This is a process Subject Matter Expert (SME) role to lead the BAU support and design of enhancements for the global Performance & Talent system based on the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module, translating performance & talent requirements into system solutions.
What you will do
- Lead the support and enhancement of the SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management application, ensuring alignment with best practices and effective technology solutions.
- Collaborate with SAP and third-party partners to implement system improvements, manage adoption processes, and facilitate a smooth transition to Business As Usual (BAU) across the network.
Stakeholder Management, engaging with performance leads from across the organization to understand their requirements and effectively communicate system enhancements. - Drive system enhancements in the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite by embedding global Career Architecture and skill taxonomy, utilizing the Talent Intelligence Hub, and integrating AI features with MS Teams for improved functionality.
- Review and enhance dashboard reporting and roles structure while implementing a skills-based approach in the performance development process and building a business case for the Career Development & Succession module.
- Collaborate closely with our offshore support team, providing guidance to address member firm queries and oversee system configuration changes.
What you bring to the role
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR technology or a similar role, with a focus on system management and process improvement, ideally in a large multi-national and/or federated organization.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience (ideally certified) with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM)
- Strong communication skills written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships in a global environment working with diverse, cross-functional teams
