Description

Our Transformation Delivery services team in Montreal is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.
What you will do
- Take an integrative role delivering engagements, manage project teams, including the overall performance and delivery of large, cross-functional technology implementations
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Maintain and support existing Power BI reports and dashboards, making updates as necessary.
- Configure and administer Jira back end, Jira automation rules and Jira reporting tools
- Configure and administer Confluence pages
- Support and training for Jira and Confluence end users
- Assist with program management activities such as integrated project plans, budgets and, deliverables and ensure adherence to the established project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies and procedures
- Monitor task assignments to help ensure they are performed on schedule, within intended scope and to a satisfactory level of quality and implement proactive measures when progress deviates from plan
- Work with team members to determine scope, estimate resource allocations and identify success criteria for the implementation of various initiatives
- Collaborate with KPMG internal teams, client business and technical resources (including senior client leadership) as well as external vendors and build strong relationships to achieve the initiative’s objectives
- Help prepare proposals, develop project estimates, and estimate the resources needed for solution implementation and support
What you bring to the role
- Completed undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, business, project management or a related field, with outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1-5 years of experience working in project management on enterprise solution projects such as SAP, Oracle, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), SAFe Agilist is an asset
- Experience in configuring and administering Confluence spaces and Jira projects, including Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, automations, permissions, and add-ons
- Proven ability to develop and design Power BI dashboards or reports, including integration of multiple data sources, data analysis, visualization, and optimization
- Prior experience with test management tools and quality assurance activities is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including process optimization and the ability to choose the right methodologies and tools to meet business requirements
- Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to confidently interact with all levels of management
- Self-motivated, able to function independently with minimal supervision and able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment with multiple stakeholder profiles
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in team environments.
