Skills required:
- Great interest in knowing the history of the products sold and highlighting them;
- Strong sense of customer service;
- Ability to communicate and establish a climate of trust with customers;
- Calm, patient and respectful;
- Ability to work as part of a team to meet objectives;
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Word, e-mail).
- Shifts shared within the team to cover all opening hours, i.e. 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.;
- Alternating shifts on public holidays
- French and English mandatory;
- Any other language would be an asset, given the tourist clientele.
