Store Manager

Summary of Role:

The Store Manager, reporting to the District Manager, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations while embodying the Laura Secord vision. This includes building, coaching, and leading a team that delivers exceptional customer service, drives sales, and ensures a well-merchandised and presentable store environment.

Major Duties:

  • Sales & Profitability: Maximize opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop quality employees. Provide ongoing coaching and training to the store team.

  • Communication & Execution: Maintain clear, professional communication with both team members and management. Effectively plan, execute, and delegate day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-merchandised to drive sales and follows company merchandising guidelines and standards.

  • Compliance & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve store objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Support Company Objectives: Deliver and support company-wide initiatives and goals.
