We’re looking for a versatile, organized, and bilingual individual to join our small team and take on a central role in customer service and day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls (orders, information requests, customer follow-ups)

  • Manage the email inbox and ensure prompt, professional responses

  • Process orders and payments through our website (internal platform)

  • Handle multiple requests at once with calm and efficiency

  • Participate in various administrative tasks related to operations (data entry, delivery tracking, confirmations, etc.)

  • Make small updates to our website (training provided)

  • Occasionally assist in workshop activities, as needed

  • Be ready to work more during peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingualism (French and English) required, both spoken and written

  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks at once

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Willingness to learn internal tools and adapt quickly

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and positive attitude

  • Interest in the floral industry or retail: a plus!
