On-site Position – Montreal (Ville Saint-Laurent)

We’re looking for a versatile, organized, and bilingual individual to join our small team and take on a central role in customer service and day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls (orders, information requests, customer follow-ups)

Manage the email inbox and ensure prompt, professional responses

Process orders and payments through our website (internal platform)

Handle multiple requests at once with calm and efficiency

Participate in various administrative tasks related to operations (data entry, delivery tracking, confirmations, etc.)

Make small updates to our website (training provided)
-
Occasionally assist in workshop activities, as needed
-
Be ready to work more during peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.)

What We're Looking For

Bilingualism (French and English) required, both spoken and written

Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
