Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative florist to join our team. As a florist, you will be responsible for designing unique floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the warm ambiance of our shop.

Main Responsibilities

• Floral Arrangement Creation: Design custom bouquets and floral compositions for various occasions (weddings, events, celebrations, etc.).
• Customer Service: Advise clients on flower selection and arrangements while ensuring a memorable experience.
• Flower and Equipment Maintenance: Handle the reception, conditioning, and care of fresh flowers to maintain their quality and longevity.
• Order Management: Prepare special orders and organize deliveries.
• Shop Presentation: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Creativity and Innovation: Suggest new ideas to enhance the products and services offered.

Desired Profile

• Experience in floristry or relevant training (an asset).
• Artistic flair and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure during peak periods.
• Knowledge of floral trends and plant care.
