WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Being a Service Manager with us means more than just supervising a department — it means embodying next-level leadership. 

You’ll be at the heart of our success, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the after-sales service department. With your vision, strategic mindset, and ability to inspire your team, you’ll turn every challenge into an opportunity. Your everyday tasks? Lead, analyze, optimize, coach, plan… and above all, make a real impact for both our employees and customers.

You’ll contribute to the company’s growth by driving continuous improvement, building strong client relationships, and making sure your team has everything they need to deliver outstanding after-sales service.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

  • A college or university diploma in management, mechanics, parts, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in an after-sales service department. 
  • A true passion for mechanics and a strong interest in the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector. 
  • Strong skills in team management, coaching, planning, communication, and attention to detail. 
  • Natural leadership, unshakable integrity, and a genuine passion for customer service. 
  • Functional French is an asset.
