Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project teams to process and track subcontractor enrollments for the Ledcor SDI program.
  • Update and maintain accurate subcontractor data in relevant systems, such as JDE, ensuring timely qualification decisions.
  • Collect and verify subcontractor documentation, including financial statements and safety programs, and process data into qualification models.
  • Perform data integrity checks and ensure accuracy in SDI databases and systems.
  • Manage communication with subcontractors, brokers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to support program administration and risk management practices.
  • Assist with financial reporting, claims tracking, and invoice processing for the SDI program.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the subcontractor qualification and approval process, promoting awareness of risk management procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a risk management, underwriting (surety or commercial), or administrative position.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, showcasing the ability to prioritize tasks and manage details with precision.
  • Exceptional accuracy in managing large volumes of data, ensuring attention to detail in all work aspects.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly in Excel and JDE.
  • Experience in analyzing financial statements and conducting financial analysis.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven history of collaborating in a team environment while upholding confidentiality.

Work Conditions:

  • We welcome applicants from Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Toronto.
  • This role is primarily remote, requiring only one day a week in the office.
