You are a Systems Coordinator who will be involved in the maintenance and development of Jira as a project management software and QuickBase as a financial management tool supporting multiple departments in Ledcor’s Technical Services division.This is a 6-month fixed term contract position. You will provide system support, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system enhancements to ensure seamless daily operations and continuous improvement of these systems.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Configuring and monitoring Jira, QuickBase and other software systems
- Interpreting user stories into system changes and implementing those changes
- Testing the system configuration for consistent user experience and ensuring data integrity
- Presenting system functionality to users through live and recorded demos
- Investigating the root cause of system bugs and implementing fixes
- Building reports and dashboards to enable users to find their data
- Preparing data sets for import through Excel, Power BI
- Addressing user requests by analyzing the problem and presenting a solution
- Participating in all scrum ceremonies
- Updating system documentation and user guides
- Creating workflow diagrams with Visio
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, business information systems, mathematics, or similar discipline or equivalent work experience. New grads with co-op experience are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, QuickBase
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with solving problems within complex systems
- Knowledge of programming languages: Python, Groovy, SQL is an asset.
Work Conditions:
- This is a 6-month contract position
- This is a hybrid position where you will be required to be in office at least once per week
