We are looking for a dedicated, customer service-oriented individual with a desire to progress in their career to join our team as Assistant to the Consumables Division Manager. This key divisional support role consists logistics and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring receipts of products in our inventory;
- Products inspection/quality control/COA;
- Monitoring of production with our suppliers;
- Back and forth to the warehouse for inventory every three months;
- Process orders and quotes from the sales team;
- Preparation and monitoring of submissions;
- Organization and monitoring of transport to our customers;
- Prepare samples to send to our existing and potential customers;
- Management of unplanned orders;
- Monitoring and updating deliveries with our customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- College diploma in a business-related field, preferred;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and/or relevant experience;
- Bilingual in French and English, with great command of written English;
- Strong autonomy, driven by challenges, ability to adapt and make decisions;
- Sense of prioritization, perseverance and multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (ability to put customer needs first);
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
