A career as a senior clerk in the release team at National Bank means acting as a legal documentation analyst. It is through your analysis, experience and knowledge of the mortgage portion that you have a positive impact on the customer experience.

Your job

  • Ensure documentation compliance
  • Achieve productivity and quality objectives
  • Analyze and/or finalize requests received from our partners
  • Supporting our partners in various issues
  • Identify and solve different problems

Your team

Within the discharge sector, you are part of a team of 20 colleagues and report to the section director. Our team stands out for its expertise, teamwork, quality of treatment and collaboration between teams. The working hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday for a total of 37:30 hours.

Prerequisite

  • Required level of academic experience: Minimum: Secondary V compulsory
  • Analytical skills
  • Ease of learning
  • DocuSign an asset
  • Mortgage experience an asset
  • Legal license/certification an asset
