We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Leadership Development to design, implement, and manage programs that enhance leadership capabilities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of leadership principles, organizational behavior, and talent development. This role requires an individual who can effectively collaborate with senior leaders and HR to create strategies that cultivate high-performing leaders, aligning with the company’s values and business goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership Program Design & Implementation:
- Develop and implement leadership development programs and initiatives to identify, nurture, and support high-potential leaders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create leadership pathways and succession planning strategies

Training and Development:

What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or related areas
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating leadership development programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and leadership competencies
