Nous sommes à la recherche d’un gérant de Fruits et Légumes, passionné et reconnu pour donner un excellent service à la clientèle et qui a à cœur d’offrir à nos clients une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle qui les enchantera totalement !

Le poste de gérant(e) Fruits et Légumes est un poste cadre relevant de la directrice et du marchand-propriétaire. La connaissance des systèmes de commandes et des processus de Loblaw est requise. La personne doit être travaillante et dynamique et avoir de l’expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe de travail. Doit avoir une bonne connaissance des fruits et légumes, et doit être capable de gérer et monter une équipe. Nous cherchons un(e) vrai(e) leader.

Qualifications du travail :

Nous recherchons une personne qui a déjà des connaissances et de l’expérience pertinentes en tant qu’assistant-gérant ou gérant dans un département de fruits et légumes à grand volume.

Nous cherchons une personne très dynamique et productive qui voit bien les opérations et priorités et fait preuve d’une grande autonomie. Doit être capable de former et diriger une équipe sur le plancher pour l’atteinte et le maintien des résultats. Requiert beaucoup de déplacements dans le magasin pour voir les priorités et soulèvement de charges.

Reconnue pour ses qualités de leader et gestion des stocks (commandes, pertes) et des opérations efficaces (productivité de l’équipe et respect des processus applicables); rapidité et souci d’offrir à la clientèle un service et un produit de haute qualité ; capacité de lever des poids ; débrouillardise et autonomie démontrée ; travail d’équipe et dynamisme requis.
