Overview:
To assist in ensuring the proper and effective functioning of the PC Express department to assure efficient and courteous customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensuring
· To assist in the directing and supervising of all PC Express staff to secure efficient and courteous customer service;
· Assuming responsibility of managing the department in the absence of the PC Express Manager;
· To ensure roles are assigned and maintained by staff throughout the day;
· To ensure the order completion is on task and completed as per Company standards;
· To support the Department Manager in responding to customer comments, determining root cause analysis and implementing and communicating corrective actions to prevent recurrence;
· To support the Department Manager in training and coaching employees in all aspects of PC Express;
· To ensure the review and maintenance of all required department logs and reports (Health & Safety, Food Safety, Sanitization, Item Exception by Department etc.);
· To ensure the maintenance of the store “digital warehouse” set up - Location tags in place and products scanned in correctly throughout the store;
· To perform other duties, as assigned.
· This position requires you to work overnight shifts during peak periods (ie. Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving). Shifts would commence between 10 - 12 am and ending between 6:30 and 8:30 am. Early morning (6 am) and day shifts (8 - 9 am) may be required.
· Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty;
· Previous experience working in a grocery-retail environment with e-commerce experience would be considered an asset;
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure;
· The ability to lead, coach and motivate employees;
· Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results;
· A commitment to delivering consistent results, every day;
